High Throughput Mechanism of Action Screening

The Chronoscreen™ has been successfully used for the first time for analysis of a compound’s Mechanism of Action (MOA) in C. elegans. Using RNAi knockdown and the high throughput, phenotypic screening technology of the Chronoscreen™^, Chronos has been able to examine pathways involved in the activity of an anti-ageing compound.
