Pre-clinical programmes acquired from Shire

Chronos has acquired three pre-clinical programmes from a subsidiary of Shire PLC in a transformative transaction. All intellectual property, know-how, development and marketing rights are acquired on a worldwide basis for programmes targeting fatigue in multiple sclerosis and addictive behaviours.
