Mark read Accounting and Finance before qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2004. He started his career in practice working with companies of all sizes, gaining experience in both funding and strategic matters.

Mark left Grant Thornton UK in 2009 and founded Mint Consult Ltd which has advised pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing and tech companies in the capacity as CFO. Mark has provided consultancy to companies on corporate transactions, with experience of equity fundraising, grant funding and IPO.
